The lounge of the hotel, which can accommodates
1000 people, was the biggest in the State in 1961.
The £220,000 Hotel/Motel project, which comprise of 10 motel accommodation units (built at the rear of the hotel); each unit had its own bathroom, toilet and bedroom.
