I made homemade pastries. You can notice that there are different types of pastries. Such as meat with dough and spinach and cheese. Also, I improved my designing skills; for example, I did the plexus dough for the spinach and cheese, and I tried to do some geometric forms like circle and square for my husband; he is an engineer, and my daughter loves to be an engineer.
It was a good experience, and I enjoyed it. This photo was taken by my daughter. She was in the kitchen with me, she was recording all the steps and taking photos. My family were so surprised by what I had done, and they were looking for more. I’m so excited to learn and improve my cooking skills, so I need to thank COVID-19 because finally, I had some time to myself and be creative." - Nahlah
