Article- Australian Fixed Trusts has acquired a shopping centre under construction at Bonnyrigg near Liverpool for just over $22 million. Tennants will include a Big W Dicount Department Store, a Woolworths supermarket, Fosseys Store and 35 specialty shops. The Centre will become an asset of AFT's $109.5 million real property growth trust.
