She is seen walking along Freedom Plaza towards the Freedom Gate (also known as Pai Lau Gate) and posing next to a lion statue in the foreground of the gate. The male lion (on the right side) of the Pai Lau Gate has a globe under his paw, representing the flower of life.
After 2 years of push by the 21 members of Cabramatta Tourist Association, chaired by the Labour Member for Cabramatta, Mr John Newman, who has lived locally for 36 years.
