Le Ho is founder and director of Aspiring Promotions (AP), and Teabags T-shop.
Le Ho was the director of Capital City Waste Services since 2009. Within 5 years after taking over the business, Le had turned Capital City Waste Services into the largest privately owned waste company in NSW, wholly owned and operated by a woman. In March 2016, she successfully sold and exited the business.
Le is also founder and director of a group of companies including Zero Waste Management and Sustainable Solutions Group (SSG).
Le is an international speaker. She is passionate about inspiring entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.
Le was named one of the 100 Women of Influence (Bus. / Enterprise Category) Aust. Fin. Review and Westpac 2014 and was a National Finalist in the 2014 Ethnic Business Awards (Small Business Category) Ethnic Business Awards and NAB. In 2017, Le was a Finalist in the NSW Woman of the Year Awards (Business Category) NSW Government, was named 2017 Women of the West Award winner (Business Category) Western Sydney University and was the inaugural winner of Fairfield City’s 2019 Women’s Day Award.
Le was featured in Rare Birds: #IFSHECANICAN and is now a mentor at the Rare Birds Mentorship Program to assist and mentor other aspiring female entrepreneurs in reaching their dreams.
Le’s biography was included in the 2016 and 2017 Edition of Who’s Who of Australian Women, which features prominent women around Australia who have helped shape our community.
Le sat on the board of directors for Western Sydney University Enterprises from 2018 until her retirement in 2019.
